Love It
Today is the last PWOC regular session for the year, it’s been a year of up and downs, but as sad as I am that it is over, I am excited about next year!!!

Ugh = Can’t Sleep
It’s not atypical for me to wake up at least once a night, usually I can just roll over and go back to sleep, but not today..
I woke up, went to the bathroom, took a puff from my albuterol, and laid back down, and my back itched – you know in the spot you CANNOT reach. I began wondering if I could use cat as a back scratcher.
Then the heartburn started.. ugh.
Anyway – been up since 3am.
